These terms are between you and ZIVARA Corporation Private Limited (“ZIVARA”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India with its office in Villupuram, Tamil Nadu.

These terms govern your use of zivara.co. They are not the agreement under which we build software — that is a separate contract, signed by both sides, and it takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this site

You may read, share and quote this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to breach its security, extract its content in bulk by automated means, misrepresent your identity, or use it in any way that interferes with other visitors.

What we own

The design, code, text, articles, illustrations and diagrams on this site are the property of ZIVARA and protected by copyright. The ZIVARA name and logo, and the ZivaOffice, ZivaPilot and StarTime names, are our marks. You may quote short extracts from our articles with a visible link back to the original page; republishing an article in full, with or without attribution, requires our written permission.

Our articles are information, not advice

The technical writing on this site is published in good faith and reflects our experience at the time of writing. Technology changes. Client work

Scope, timelines, pricing, intellectual-property ownership, confidentiality and warranties are set out in the written agreement we sign with you before work begins.
